In April 2018 a sewer pipe broke and backed up into our lower level damaging three rooms. Called SERVPRO to clean up the mess. They responded in a matter of hours, surveyed the damage and thoroughly explained the entire process. The rooms were dried, carpets, wallboard, etc removed. SERVPRO handled the claim directly with my insurance company. Mike and the crew were very professional and extremely helpful.
