Team consisted of team leader, JJ, Garrett & Jason the 1st day. Then J J & Garret handled it all for the next 10 days, including the interruption of five days with no power. They were both very professional, courteous and outstanding young men. JJ was awesome with his immediate communication on numerous occasions with me regarding power back on and all the steps needed until completion. You are fortunate to have them working for you. I had a flood from an overflowing toilet. It flooded the downstairs. I called SERVPRO, they came out within the hour. I called around 2:30 a.m. Their response was unbelievable. Mike was great! He explained everything nicely. The clean up was excellent. If I had another flood, I would call on SERVPRO again.
