⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot say enough good things about SERVPRO of Southern Lancaster, Kershaw, and Fairfield Counties, especially Denise, Hailey, and Tony. They came into our home during one of the most devastating and unimaginable times our family has ever experienced, and the compassion they showed us went far beyond simply doing their jobs. Every interaction was handled with an incredible amount of respect, kindness, patience, and empathy. Denise, Hailey, and Tony treated our home, our belongings, and most importantly, our family with such care and dignity. In a situation where we were already overwhelmed and trying to navigate something no family is ever prepared for, they quietly took care of what needed to be done without ever making us feel uncomfortable, rushed, or like we were simply another job on a schedule. What has meant even more is that their care didn't end when the job was finished. Even afterward, when questions came up, Denise was always there to help. If she wasn't able to answer the phone right away, she was incredibly quick to return our calls and make sure we had the answers or guidance we needed. That kind of follow-through, especially during a time like this, means more than I can adequately put into words. There are some professions where technical skill matters, but humanity matters just as much. These three brought both. I hope Denise, Hailey, and Tony truly understand what a difference their kindness made for us during an incredibly painful time. There is no way to make circumstances like ours easy, but they made one very difficult part of it easier to carry, and that is something I will never forget. SERVPRO is incredibly fortunate to have these three representing their company. If I could give them more than five stars, I absolutely would. Thank you, genuinely, for the respect, compassion, care, and continued support you showed our family when we needed it most.

My experience with Servpro with the first phase of my concern was EXCELLENT! Nick completed the initial evaluation with professionalism which included what the company offers to restore my mother's home to completion. After Nick, the DREAM Team (Tony and Brendon) arrived who was very professional with keeping me informed of what they were completing each day and what to expect the next day. In addition to them completing their work, they were both courteous and displayed great people skills! Thank you for a job well done!
