After discovering a water leak in our kitchen, we reached out to several remediation companies — none of them were responsive. ServPro was a completely different experience. They came out the same day we called and got to work immediately. A lifesaver of a team! The team was very timely in their clean up of a backed up basement bathroom that had impacted multiple rooms and surfaces. The team was very thorough on their activity and prompt to communicate when they would be arriving and outlined the work to be done. It sucks to be impacted by unforeseen situations like this but glad the team was able to act quickly to save the day!
