I want to commend a team from SERVPRO, that recently did an outstanding job at my home. I am a veteran, former law enforcement, working years in management and sitting on various boards of directors. I understand teamwork and positive attitudes in accomplishing something. The team whose production manager was Nick Romaninsky made quite an impression. When folks have a crisis in their home ... it is a relief to see the professionalism and hard work ethic of a team that knows exactly what they are doing. Huge thanks go out to Nick who worked as hard as any one of his members and his team (Joe, Riley, Natasha, Chase, Hector, and Jayden). I spoke to each one, thanking them for the job they did. Kudos to SERVPRO of Reading, Hamilton Twps for a job well done!

We had a major water heater leak and SERVPRO did an excellent job cleaning up the water and the damaged flooring. I could not have ask for a better crew {Joe, Riley and Alec} they stayed on a Friday night until 8 and came back Saturday to finish the job. Alec the project manager was here every day for the next 4 days checking on the drying equipment. Would recommend SERVPRO to anyone.

I called SERVPRO when I discovered more than 50% of my large basement floor covered in water with many stored items completely soaked or ruined. Adding to my “panic” was the fact that I had planned to be leaving town. SERVPRO responded immediately, spending several hours that same day, removing the water and inspecting and sorting belongings. They were great at triage! Nick, the production manager, was wonderfully calm and positive which helped me feel not so overwhelmed. He patiently explained to me the entire process required which can be confusing and requires at least a few days. He was concerned and devised a plan that allowed me to salvage an abbreviated trip while still getting the basement treated. He communicated well with my insurance. On one of the work days a second problem appeared, a plumbing leak through the ceiling of my family room. Nick immediately set about partially removing the ceiling to find the leak source. With two projects going, SERVPRO has been totally on top of things. I want to thank Natasha, Cody, Joe, and Hector, as well as Nick. They were always pleasant and polite and very careful and neat - which isn’t easy when moving bulky, heavy equipment, supplies, and tools in and out of the house and basement. They arrived on time. They moved furniture, covered it and floors for protection, and covered doorways to contain dust, mold, and mess. They consulted with me before various stages of work and gave me the understanding and time to go through things that needed to be discarded. I appreciated having some options and not feeling totally out of control! This group worked exceptionally well as a team. Although I hope to never need these services again, LOL, I wouldn’t hesitate to call SERVPRO next time or recommend them to a friend.

Our half bath randomly flooded and SERVPRO was the first company I called to come out and help. Brian was super helpful over the phone, explaining the details of what I can expect and when Eric and Joe came by to assess the issue, they were very friendly and informative. Highly recommend!
