Swarthmore customers are saying
Floribel and hector were amazing and professional. Thank you so much!
Just a remarkable service. Came the monring after I called - got a crew in place within an hour. Highy professional, very organized. Explained everything, invited questions, checked in with progress reports, came back to the house every day through a holiday weekend. Cleaned up as they went along, took all the refuse with them. Foribel was so organized and competent. She and her team - Salvador, Jose and Monica - were efficient, polite, clearly knew what they were doing.
Floribel, Salvador and Jermaine did an excellent job.
Beyond pleased with Pro Action getting my basement back to good after a damaging HVAC leak. They were professional, knowledgeable and their good vibes helped me stay stress-free through the mitigation. Highly recommend!
They were very good explained everything The only thing, when they put tape on walls the paint came off and when they removed the door stopper there’s a little hole in the wall from the door knob But otherwise they were great!
“My grandmother’s house flooded and it was such a stressful time for our family. SERVPRO Team May arrived about 20 minutes after we called they were ready to go right away. Every single person on the team was kind, caring, and quick. They worked efficiently and clearly knew what they were doing, and it meant so much to see them treat my grandmother’s home with so much care. Thank you to the whole team for taking such good care of us!”
I cannot say enough good things about Servpro! When we had an electrical fire we needed some cleaning. Mike, the owner, came out immediately to assess the situation, and Steve, the manager, was right behind him making sure everything was handled quickly and professionally. Floribel did an outstanding job managing the entire crew. Samantha, Ruby, and Said were hardworking, courteous, and extremely thorough throughout the process. The team treated our property with care and respect. I highly recommend Servpro to anyone in need of restoration services. Thank you, Mike, Steve, Floribel, Samantha, Ruby, and Said, for a job well done !
Very Professional and fast! Thank you so much!
After pipe leaked and ruined basement floor they came out the next day did an estimate and sent workers back later the same day to remove the wet flooring and dry out the walls. It was a big relief they got things set up so quickly.
