I’m having my bathroom redone and I have a small area of black mold around my toilet. My contractor told me he is fine to remove the mold but I wanted another opinion. I was nervous to call SERVPRO because I figured they would just do what a lot of companies do and create fear around the mold so they can secure the job. But it was anything but that.
