South Philadelphia Cleanup and Restoration

We've gone with this company twice, for water damage and mold. Both times they've been great. They are easy to work with, they take the time to explain everything, and the process couldn't be any easier. Both times, their crew comes in, very professional, very courteous, and straight to work. They take every part of our home into consideration, into cleanliness. The crew laid down drip mats, put up plastic curtains to keep the dust and debris confined to the area they are working in. If you have any mold situation, I definitely would recommend going with these guys.

James, Luis, and Angel really saved the day! It wasn't until closing on our new home that we discovered the extent of the issue--the previous owners had let their cat use the crawlspace as a litterbox for years--and after days of a horrible ammonia smell throughout the entire house, we called in Servpro. After just three hours, the house smells fresh and the entirety of the cat mess is gone! James, Luis, and Angel were professional, polite, and kept us in the loop about everything they did, even detailing the next steps if the smell comes back. Keep your fingers crossed for us, but if it DOES come back, we know who to call!

Lizzette Diamond I first want to thank you for being my realtor. now moving forward with Servpro. the reason why I give you five stars is because you directed me to the online application site without no impact to my score to see if I qualify for a slice card to get the work done through you guys. unfortunately I was unable to get the loan because I just got the house I have a mortgage I have solar panels and I have to prove myself within six months to a year showing good payment history. I will wait between 6 months to a year go to the site and apply for a slice card without no impact to my score how about that so when that happens I can get my basement executed. most importantly I want to say do not never let anyone change who you are. you are so smart bright intelligent strong compassionate and understanding your smile can light up a room we need people like you in this world. The gentlemen who restored my bedroom were wonderful -they did a great job , all were so nice ,polite and professional. Lisette in the office communicated every part of the project and was there to answer any questions or concerns I had . Johnny and Eddie -project managers were also very helpful.
