SERVPRO Rocks!!! I have a rental in Scranton and the pipes in my laundry room froze and burst causing a good amount of damage. I called Nick and he came out the same day, quoted me and started the job immediately. Which I believe saved me from further water damage. He gave me a time frame, in which I could expect the job to be started and completed. I was absolutely impressed! He communicated with me through the process and never left me wondering.
