You just finished clean up after our sewer line overflowed into our 1/2 bathroom and family room. I wanted to compliment the folks you sent to help do the demo, clean up, and dry out of the space. They were a friendly hardworking group who were also understanding and accommodating of my allergy issues that could have been triggered by some of the clean up process. Chris headed up the job and was especially patient with my questions and explaining the process. I was having difficulty finding a local contractor who does concrete polishing and Chris also shared a contact for a contractor I wouldn't have been able to find otherwise. Thanks for being there and doing what you do to make an unfortunate situation better.

SERVPRO Rocks!!! I have a rental in Scranton and the pipes in my laundry room froze and burst causing a good amount of damage. I called Nick and he came out the same day, quoted me and started the job immediately. Which I believe saved me from further water damage. He gave me a time frame, in which I could expect the job to be started and completed. I was absolutely impressed! He communicated with me through the process and never left me wondering. Work was done to perfection!

SERVPRO was amazing to work with. They were so quick and helpful during a devastating time. I know that they were extremely busy due to the recent cold weather, but still managed to be very attentive to my specific damage.
