Newtown Square Cleanup and Restoration

I’m having my bathroom redone and I have a small area of black mold around my toilet. My contractor told me he is fine to remove the mold but I wanted another opinion. I was nervous to call SERVPRO because I figured they would just do what a lot of companies do and create fear around the mold so they can secure the job. But it was anything but that. From the initial woman I spoke with to the technician Chris that called me, they operated with honesty and integrity. I didn’t need to have serve-pro do the job but I would Definitely recommend anyone with a mold concern to give them a call.

They did excellent work on pretty severely water damaged bathroom, hallway, bedroom and basement.

I was very pleased with SERVPRO. Jake, Kenny, Rachel, the packing and cleaning crew, dry cleaning and others did a fantastic job in getting my house in order after the fire. Jake always got back to me with any questions that I had and was wonderful in helping to get things done so my family and I could get back to living in my home. I will be using them again in future projects at my home.

I had a major flood at my house which was caused by a sewer backup. It was an unpleasant experience but SERVPRO saved the day. They were there immediately to start the cleanup which was conducted in a thorough manner. I also engaged SERVPRO for the complete restoration which included new walls, flooring and new powder room. Although I had very positive experiences with many members of the SERVPRO staff, two people stood out. Jake F oversaw the restoration process and did so in an organized, efficient and personable way. I was extremely impressed with Carlos who seemed to be able to do anything and everything! He put our house back together and we are so grateful for all his hard work, his skills and his attention to detail. Carlos was simply outstanding. SERVPRO (and their customers) are fortunate to have Jake and Carlos. Overall, I had an extremely positive experience with SERVPRO. I recommend them wholeheartedly and without reservation.

Called SERVPRO to discuss the sewage backup in my house. They were there the same day to evaluate the situation. Came back the following day with a crew and equipment to clean up, disinfect, and dry out my house. They were on time, efficient, did a thorough job and dealt with my insurance company.
