They were a friendly hardworking group who were also understanding and accommodating of my allergy issues that could have been triggered by some of the clean up process. Chris headed up the job and was especially patient with my questions and explaining the process. I was having difficulty finding a local contractor who does concrete polishing and Chris also shared a contact for a contractor I wouldn't have been able to find otherwise. SERVPRO Rocks!!! I have a rental in Scranton and the pipes in my laundry room froze and burst causing a good amount of damage. I called Nick and he came out the same day, quoted me and started the job immediately. Which I believe saved me from further water damage. He gave me a time frame, in which I could expect the job to be started and completed. I was absolutely impressed! He communicated with me through the process and never left me wondering. Work was done to perfection!
