I’m having my bathroom redone and I have a small area of black mold around my toilet. My contractor told me he is fine to remove the mold but I wanted another opinion. I was nervous to call SERVPRO because I figured they would just do what a lot of companies do and create fear around the mold so they can secure the job. But it was anything but that. From the initial woman I spoke with to the technician Chris that called me, they operated with honesty and integrity. I didn’t need to have serve-pro do the job but I would Definitely recommend anyone with a mold concern to give them a call.

Called SERVPRO to discuss the sewage backup in my house. They were there the same day to evaluate the situation. Came back the following day with a crew and equipment to clean up, disinfect, and dry out my house. They were on time, efficient, did a thorough job and dealt with my insurance company.
They did excellent work on pretty severely water damaged bathroom, hallway, bedroom and basement.
