My house was repaired by Servpro's team. During the repair, I was at work, and my parents were at home. My parents witnessed the entire repair process. Every time I came home from work, my parents would praise the team for their work. Earlier this year, my fuel oil furnace blew up resulting in a major puffback issue that caused soot to come out of every vent in my house, with the main damage being in my basement (see before and after photos). All of my walls, carpet, belongings, furniture, etc. had been covered in soot, which was nearly impossible (and frustrating) for my family and I to clean on our own. Our other major issue was that we had no source of heating in the middle of winter. Servpro managed to literally fix all of our problems. They quickly came to assess the situation, provided us with air purifiers, a kerosene heater, and an electric heater for our basement. They made sure that we always had our kerosene heater and the extra gas jugs they provided filled, even in the rough winter weather. The cleanup that followed was incredibly thorough, and they made sure that all of our belongings were cleaned correctly on and off-site. We had a lot of clothing, blankets, toys, collectibles, etc. that needed cleaned, and we couldn't be happier with the results. Honestly, the house is cleaner now than it was when I originally purchased it. Our carpet ended up needing removed, which they also took care of quickly and safely prepared the bare floor for our future flooring installation. Most importantly, the crew members that participated in resolving this issue were extremely helpful, detailed, professional, personable, and overall fantastic to work with. They worked with my homeowner's insurance agent directly, which made that process much less of a headache. Mikey, Tori, Olivia, Sarah, Josh, Lina, Brody, Karen, Ryan, James, and all the other crew members from Servpro were beyond helpful. My family (and our cats) cannot thank Servpro enough for making sure our house was safe and comfortable to live in during this difficult time.

This service was a gift from God! Wow, they showed up the day that I called them and started drying out the water damaged flooring in my bathroom. They were polite, prompt, respectful, knowledgeable and the whole team worked as a well oiled machine to get my house back in order. We had Derek and his crew come help us with our flooding catastrophic mess in our bedroom and our whole basement. I have to say they were very nice and professional and did a great job.
Had a mishap with our washer just after Christmas and it flooded our finished basement. There was too much water for us to handle ourselves. We called Servpro and had a call back from Mikey in less than 30 minutes to set up a consultation. Mikey got to us ASAP, got the water extracted and set us up with equipment to dry everything out. Super friendly, communicative, professional, and efficient. The Servpro office, Mikey, and his team really came through for us over the holidays!
We had water damage caused by a plastic part on the back of our Whirlpool refrigerator that had snapped off one night after using the water dispenser. A lot of water rushed underneath in a short amount of time, saturated the drywall behind the refrigerator, and made its way into the basement. It was "raining" from the basement ceiling until we were able to reach the refrigerator water line shutoff valve. The very next day we opened a claim with our homeowner's insurance and SERVPRO was at our home within a couple of hours. The team that took care of our home was awesome! They made sure they covered all areas while doing the moisture mapping and knew exactly what needed to be done to help us dry the walls, basement floor, and ceiling. Highly skilled and very knowledgeable. Water damage is a stressful situation, but knowing we have SERVPRO when something like this happens is a huge relief. Thank you so much!
