Chris headed up the job and was especially patient with my questions and explaining the process. I was having difficulty finding a local contractor who does concrete polishing and Chris also shared a contact for a contractor I wouldn't have been able to find otherwise. SERVPRO Rocks!!! I have a rental in Scranton and the pipes in my laundry room froze and burst causing a good amount of damage. I called Nick and he came out the same day, quoted me and started the job immediately. Which I believe saved me from further water damage. He gave me a time frame, in which I could expect the job to be started and completed. I was absolutely impressed! He communicated with me through the process and never left me wondering.
