From the first hello to the last goodbye was truly a comforting experience due to the circumstances that brought SERVPRO to my home. In my case there were 3 stages to complete the task at hand. Bio hazard, demolition, and rebuild. Each stage had a supervisor to stay in contact with as well as the SERVPRO office. Since we are living in TN and home was in PA we appreciated Jules help us and Horace, who did final walk through was great. Jules in the office went above and beyond in helping us, with my husband's cancer she took much stress off me.
