After our house flooded ServPro came in and tore out all damaged ceilings, walls, carpet and bathroom shower very fast and was very professionally neat. They took pictures of everything to document where the damage was and how it looked before. When they got the insurance approval, they were very responsive to get things started to repair. Had a branch skewer my roof during a recent storm. Ross and his crew showed up quickly, pull out the branch and damaged area, and patched the roof.
After the creek flooding into our house from heavy rains, David and his mitigation crew were very polite, professional, and friendly. With so much stress caused from the flooding, they were understanding and empathetic to our situation. They worked clean and quickly to get our house in order and we are so thankful!
They went out of their way and bent over backwards to work with me in what seamed like an impossible situation, when I had back to back failures in my house. They worked around my work schedule with no issues. They were professional in every aspect of their job. After a significant flooding event caused by faulty plumbing, we called our Insurance Agent immediately he put us in contact with SERVPRO to start the initial water mitigation and drying of our home. Their Team showed up within a few hours and went straight to work. They pulled wet carpet and pads, moved affected and potentially affected furniture out of the area, removed and labeled trim for future reinstall if needed then removed saturated wood floor to allow subfloor to dry. The Team brought in multiple fans and dehumidifiers which start our drying process. Next Andrew Coleman of SERVPRO brought in some state of the art equipment which scanned, measured and documented our homes damaged areas to send to our Insurance Agent to show the extent of the damage. We greatly appreciate the quick response, hard work and overall care we received from SERVPRO's mitigation and estimating Team.
