After a significant flooding event caused by faulty plumbing, we called our Insurance Agent immediately he put us in contact with SERVPRO to start the initial water mitigation and drying of our home. Their Team showed up within a few hours and went straight to work. They pulled wet carpet and pads, moved affected and potentially affected furniture out of the area, removed and labeled trim for future reinstall if needed then removed saturated wood floor to allow subfloor to dry. The Team brought in multiple fans and dehumidifiers which start our drying process. Next Andrew Coleman of SERVPRO brought in some state of the art equipment which scanned, measured and documented our homes damaged areas to send to our Insurance Agent to show the extent of the damage.
