Our power had been off long enough to spoil everything in the refrigerator and freezer--Rancid smell. We cleaned with no luck. Our adjuster suggested we try SERVPRO, so I called on a Friday night and Shawn was willing to come right out, but we said no, tomorrow is okay. He came and suggested that it may have been off for too long and it will be tough if not impossible to remove the smell. He worked hard cleaning, wiping, and deodorizing. It worked--smell and odor is gone!!
I found Shawn to be a very straight shooter and it was a pleasure dealing with him to resolve my mold issue, and also my raccoon feces issue, which I did not realize was such a potential hazard until he informed me (which I verified on my own too). I will use him again on all my projects that need his expertise.
