The purpose of this letter is to notify you of the pleasure we had in dealing with this specific crew, during a very stressful and sad event for us and our family. Deb did a thorough job of explaining everything to us, and answering all of our panic ridden questions. Their respect for us and our relatively new home offered us a sense of comfort that was much needed as this. They worked extremely hard, without complaints and very few breaks. They accomplished these tasks with as little added mess as possible, and were extremely efficient.
We can’t reiterate enough, what relief and hope they extended to us. They are wonderful people, with a deep sense of determination to help others. This is our first emergency of this kind, involving our home, and its consequences. We ask that you recognize this team, particularly Deb and Kris, who allowed us to see “light at the end of the tunnel”. At a very dark time in our lives as a homeowner.
