Nut they are always welcome to stop by to say HI, and see our reconstructed basement that we can partially contribute to their heartfelt effort.
We called Kelly at 6:00pm and she had a crew here by 8:00pm. She was here to oversee the job until 1:30am and showed up the next day to check the progress. Very impressed with the work and the service provided by the whole staff that was involved(Buffy, Kris, Derek, Aaron, and Kelly).
SERVPRO was out the same day we called and provided excellent service cleaning up the water damage in our kitchen.
Derek was totally courteous. Made us feel at ease and confident.
