In February due to the extreme cold temperatures, we had a pipe that burst. This resulted in a flood on the lower level of our home. There was water everywhere expanding across the bathroom, family room, hallway, closet, and crawl space. It even made its way into the garage. We called ServPro and the amazing professionalism that we experienced warrants a rating beyond 5 stars. They explained our options while putting our needs at the top of their priority, as opposed to trying to take advantage of us during what was by far extensive damage. The entire staff is outstanding. They walked us through, and then got us through the process. They took care of everything, which extended from removal of carpet/floor, removal of destroyed items, removal of destroyed walls/panels, drying the remaining structure, retention and delivery of a pod for storage, and even brought in a crew to box our belongings and carry everything inclusive of furniture into the pod. They provided the damage estimates and submitted them directly to the insurance company on our behalf.
