In February due to the extreme cold temperatures, we had a pipe that burst. This resulted in a flood on the lower level of our home. There was water everywhere expanding across the bathroom, family room, hallway, closet, and crawl space. It even made its way into the garage. They took care of everything, which extended from removal of carpet/floor, removal of destroyed items, removal of destroyed walls/panels, drying the remaining structure, retention and delivery of a pod for storage, and even brought in a crew to box our belongings and carry everything inclusive of furniture into the pod. They provided the damage estimates and submitted them directly to the insurance company on our behalf. If you ever have water damage, big or small, I highly recommend this office and this team of professionals. Bob, Drew, Diane, Toni, and the crew a big thank you. I trusted them and they more than lived up to it. Did I mention that they even helped me get a plumber when no one else would return my calls because of how many pipes were bursting at the time. Drew the project manager and the workers Gerard and Luis were very professional, patient and answered all of my questions. In one of my bathrooms that I do not use. I thought we had mold and Drew said that it was just water damage. (Please note: the two other contractors told us that is was mold). They cleaned up the entire bathroom before the estimated time. First time calling Servpro and it won’t be my last! They have another satisfied customer! Call them, you won’t be disappointed!
