There was a fire in the apartment above ours which left us with significant smoke & water damage. ServPro was hired by the property owners to assist with the demo of the house & my renters insurance assured me that ServPro was a reputable company that would be able to assist us with the removal of our salvageable & non salvageable belongings. The whole situation was a nightmare but ServPro really did for us what I wouldn’t have been able to do. They packed us out of our apartment, stored everything salvaged into a storage unit & then delivered everything back to us once we got a new place. They were knowledgeable & patient with us, we lost alot of priceless baby items which was really tough on me. Huge thanks to Charles Vercosa, General Manager @ Servpro of South Bronx (Billy too!) they were great with communication on the whole process making it easy for us when it was a very difficult situation. I hope to never have to use them again lol BUT will highly recommend them to anyone that may be in need of their services.

Yes, I use them after a sewer line break flooded my living room and hallway. What a mess. They were quick as lightning. Tore up the entire floor and removed cabinets very quickly. They also removed all rubble on a daily basis. Pretty amazing. Sealed everything up with lots of plastic with zipper doors. I would definitely use them again.
Upstairs shower wrecked our bathroom and the wall of an adjacent bedroom. Our homeowners directed us to ServPro whose small team promptly assessed and documented the damage, laid down paper to protect the floors and plastic sheets to close off the affected rooms, then removed the destroyed materials checking with moisture meters to gauge the extent, and set up fans to dry everything out. They were efficient, neat, and easy to work with.

Daiber and his crew are fantastic. I called a few other companies before I came across Servpro and they were the only ones that answered quickly, came out to inspect the work that needed to be done (mold removal from my basement), quoted me a price which I found to be very reasonable and within my budget and 2 days later came and completed the work in 2 days. Daiber and the team at ServPro SOUTH BRONX deserve all these 5 stars and more. They helped me completely re-do a house of a deceased loved one. Mold removal and remediation, rebuild, electrical socket changes, new floors, bathroom remodel and more. Their care, patience and attention to detail -- and the respect they showed our neighbors throughout the job -- made a difficult time for our family A LOT easier.
