The Team from SERVPRO did an outstanding job removing water from a leak caused by a damaged pipe. The workers were very professional and polite and kept me informed about each step in the process. I would highly recommend them.

After a leak, we called Servepro who made me realize why they are the Pros. Ronnie, Andri and Ceaser (+team) were absolute rockstars. They were thorough, diligent, patient, respectful. The communication was first class and they were keen to make sure I was happy at every stage. No one wants to have to use these guys, but i glad i did.

After the bodega next door caught on fire at 3 a.m., my apartment was filled with smoke and soot. I’d never experienced a fire like this. I had no idea where to begin. Someone suggested I call Cesar at ServPro. They said he’d be willing to answer any questions I had about next steps and would coordinate directly with my insurance. He picked up on the first ring. During our conversation, Cesar gave me his personal phone number and said I could call or text with any questions I had in the coming days. He was clear and professional while also being incredibly empathetic to how overwhelming this must be. It was stunning to be met with so much compassion and patience as I tried to understand when I could return home, what items would be deemed unsalvageable, how long it would take for the surfaces to be cleaned and the air to be safe to breathe, etc. When my insurance heard who I was in contact with, they, too, were enthusiastic. “ServPro is great!” In the end ServPro was kind, diligent, speedy, and thorough at every step. I cannot recommend Cesar, Diego, Kristen, and the entire team enough. There’s no one better to guide you through the aftermath of a fire. I’m so happy to be home, and there’s not an ounce of smoke scent or lingering soot. Thank you, ServPro, for turning a scary and experience into a safe and optimistic return.

From my first phone encounter with Kristen, who was professional and reassuring, just when I needed that after my basement was flooded with waste water, to meeting Cesar Chai, the Project Manager, also professional, cordial and reassuring, as well as clear about each step of the way, answering my questions with great patience even when I asked the same thing a couple of times, to the four workers under Cesar's supervision (also professional, careful with my belongings, hardworking and congenial) who spent a full day cleaning out my basement, removing ruined stuff, then disinfecting and drying the whole area, EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT. Overall, excellent team individual care of the work promptness and reliability. They also gave grade advice and mitigated the mold and water removal from my apartment, A+.

This team of Peter and Ronnie was incredible. They were thorough, efficient and meticulous in their approach explaining every detail of what they needed to do and what they did. They arrived on time were extremely neat and cleaned up everything at the end of the day. I had a complicated custom set of cabinets that they tried to preserve for me. Ronnie led the day team under Peter’s direction and they made a great combo. I couldn’t have asked for better service. They get an A+.
