From my first phone encounter with Kristen, who was professional and reassuring, just when I needed that after my basement was flooded with waste water, to meeting Cesar Chai, the Project Manager, also professional, cordial and reassuring, as well as clear about each step of the way, answering my questions with great patience even when I asked the same thing a couple of times, to the four workers under Cesar's supervision (also professional, careful with my belongings, hardworking and congenial) who spent a full day cleaning out my basement, removing ruined stuff, then disinfecting and drying the whole area, EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT. This team of Peter and Ronnie was incredible. They were thorough, efficient and meticulous in their approach explaining every detail of what they needed to do and what they did. They arrived on time were extremely neat and cleaned up everything at the end of the day. I had a complicated custom set of cabinets that they tried to preserve for me.
