Frank Hugo and Geo did an excellent job helping my family in a crisis situation and we were so grateful for their kindness and professionalism.

We recently had a water damage emergency, and the Servpro team that came out was exceptional from start to finish. Bill, Janel, Amilcar, Donnillo and Anthony arrived promptly, assessed the situation thoroughly, and walked us through every step of the mitigation process. Their professionalism, communication, and care for our home was outstanding. They worked efficiently to remove the water, set up drying equipment, and monitor progress over several days, ensuring everything was safe and fully dried. They were respectful of our space, kept things as clean as possible during a stressful time, and were always courteous and patient with our questions. My issue occurred on a Sunday. The technicians arrived in a timely fashion. Janel walked me through everything they were doing. Great care was taken with my belongings. They left my home very clean when finished and disposed of all of the damaged building materials. They were pleasant at every turn and discussed every aspect of my water problem. They made a very stressful situation more palatable.

Mopping up after a faulty second-floor water pipe flooded the first-floor kitchen and basement is not easy. However, we can't thank Servpro of North Morris County enough for turning a terrible situation into a quick recovery. Leon and his remediation team of Roy and Emilio were responsive, professional, empathetic, friendly, and so very good at their jobs. They removed and/or dried out soaked walls, insulation, cabinets, ceilings, and floors quickly and neatly. Leon explained everything he was going to do before embarking on the job and estimated how long it would take to remediate the damage. A true bright spot in an otherwise terrible ordeal.
