Bayonne Cleanup and Restoration

Krunal and his team were quick and left doing great work! I had them do both a water leak and something completely unrelated and he did a great job

We used Servpro for a move during renovation. We got lucky and got Jose and his team who were phenomenal and made the move out and move in so much easier!

I am in a new construction and a clogged drain caused an under the floor and behind the walls. Jason, Manny and team were communicative and did great work. I had some parts of the kitchen that held sentimental value and they were careful and mindful.

After a terrible sewage blockage that damaged our basement and a lot of personal belonging, the crew came in for remediation and clean up. The majority of the contents needed to be cleaned, removed and stored until the floor could be treated and dried. Supervisor Cliff was comforting, informative and put us at ease while assuring us it would be taken care of. Our crew initially was led by Uriel, who was fantastic. After it was determined a complete pack out was necessary, our crew which included Alejandro, and Ryan, who was our “crew captain”, took charge and were outstanding. In a situation that was frightening and extremely stressful, Ryan was sensitive to that and communicated continuously with me about progress, situations with damaged items and most importantly was so respectful of the situation and us. Ryan worked as hard as the rest of the crew and then some. Alejandro was wonderful and worked non stop yet went that extra mile to take care of the smallest detail. After a hiccup requiring extra hours and man-power going into the evening, Ryan called in for another crew. Uriel, Alejandro, and Alex came back after hours to get it done. We all went through each item needing to be inspected due to possible direct exposure that ran excruciatingly long. They all were patient, attentive and worked tirelessly, making a horrible ordeal go smoothly and completed the job. All of them above went above and beyond. Should I ever need Servpro again, which I absolutely would call, I will be sure to personally insist these gentlemen to be here. Hands down. Thank you so very much.

Excellent service. Excellent technicians. Uriel the team leader was polite, diligent and very helpful in a stressful situation. He spent the day in the crawl space and made sure the area was fully mediated. Thank you!
