Had a major drainage backup which left a MESS. Three hours later, the area impacted was spotless and smelled better than it did before the leak. Great value and just super easy to work with.

We are in the process of ice dam repair and have recently been working with Servpro Salem/Plaistow. A couple shout outs, Gina in the office is kind, personable, accommodating, and all together just great at her job! Kevin had come out for our initial assessment, he was friendly, professional, and very well educated on the processes we were entering, great experience with him. Then came the hard work, Juan showed up with his crew Edwin and Juan, all three men were fantastic, as well as Felipe on day 2! They were punctual, professional, clean workers, kept me informed, respectful of our home and space, and a joy to be around. This type of work, in your home, can really be disruptive and intrusive, these men were exactly what we needed. They even finished in less time than planned and hauled away all the debris with them. 10/10 would recommend and use again in the future. Extra shout out to Edwin as he is the one we've spent most of our time with, you are fantastic and we were so grateful to have you work on our project.
