The ServPro team spent over a month at Pope Memorial Humane Society after we had a fire in our building that left 90% of our building affected by smoke. The entire team was very kind and respectful, and also very thorough and efficient in their cleaning! Adam was super helpful and communicated with us every step of the way. We are super grateful for everything ServPro did to help us be able to open back up and get animals back in the building!

We had a fire at our facility that required extensive remediation from smoke damage. ServPro of the Seacoast had staff out the very next day to start evaluating damage and making a plan. Adam was our project manager, and he was extremely communicative and attentive theough every step of the process (which entailed multiple stages and took several weeks to complete). He answered all of our questions and provided regular updates without being asked - truly cannot speak highly enough of his level of professionalism. Crews were on site for full days every day until the job was done. Everyone was kind, hardworking, and easy to collaborate with (we still had work to do on our end, and they understood that!). When I discovered water in the finished side of my basement, I made a quick call to my insurance company and they sent over ServPro of the Seacoast. After an unfortunate issue due to an ice dam, I contacted Servpro to see if they could help me. They immediately sent Steve W. out to survey the damage. We had a heating pipe that had a slow leak and finally burst. Mold, wet wall board, wet carpet - the works. Jesse and his team did a great job cleaning everything up, getting things dried out and keeping us informed of the whole process. Made a stressful time a little less stressful.
