When I first contacted SERVPRO I was apprehensive, turns out it was the best thing I did. I had no idea how to address the mold problem that had crept up on my property, Shane spent all the time I needed for him to share his knowledge with me, and build me a road map to cleaning my property. Andy, and Jake arrived shortly after to take away old moldy property for disposal and cleaned and sanitized my carpets. All at a very fair price. Don’t let the initial charge to assess the property scare you off, it was well worth it, and it comes off at the end of the project. I highly recommend these people.

SERVPRO responded quickly to remediate a water damage problem caused by faulty AC drainage. Their office and onsite staff were professional in our interactions with them, and the work was done neatly and expeditiously with minimal disruption to our household.

The work was outstanding, with excellent communication throughout the job.

We were overwhelmed with steps, process, etc....and the team just made it easy and through open/consistent communication and service, we feel great about the partnership and confident in the work. We had such a fantastic experience regarding an emergency mitigation of a flooded crawlspace in our home. Becky, the project manager, was super helpful from start to finish. After explaining the issue, she was at our house within twenty minutes and already figuring out a plan of action. She sent two technicians, Allen and Emily, who were absolutely amazing. They kept us updated and informed every step of the way, and despite the awkward and uncomfortable space they were working in, they remained super pleasant and positive to work with. They were also extremely mindful and considerate of our pets while going in and out by making sure the doors were closed behind them, ensuring our little escape artists were safe. After the job was completed, they realized that the problem wasn't yet solved. They diagnosed the issue and come to find out, the ground water was coming through our foundation and rising fairly rapidly. Because of our broken sump pumps, the water was not relocating as needed. When Allen gave us the news, I was definitely nervous as to what the next steps would be. He quickly reassured me that we would be able to find a solution and called his Mitigation Manager, Cam, right away to reiterate the issue and see what they could do to help. Cam then offered to leave the company's sump pump at our home, free of charge, while our plumber installs a new one, that way we will stay ahead of the water and not be in another super unfortunate flooding situation. I thought that was so gracious and unexpected. I will recommend this company, Becky, Allen, Emily and Cam to anyone and everyone suffering with similar issues as ours. Although I don't want to have to call them again (in hopes I no longer have water issues in the future), I would be beyond happy and grateful to work with any of them at any time. Due to the epic rainstorm a couple weeks ago, we were in need of Water Remediation in a property that we had recently put up for sale. From my initial contact to set-up an inspection to meeting with Jessie for an estimate the process was efficient, communication was timely and most importantly Jessie's team competently did their job. Given that the property was almost 2 hrs. away, it was important to be able to trust that the job was done and done right. Jessie and his team surpassed our expectations. Must say I am very impressed with the help and the experience working with this company. From the person who took my call (apologies I don't recall the person's name, but she was excellent in caring about my home recently flooding in Maine.) To Rory Behrle and the team of people he immediately dispatched to our home, all is one day. Literally took him less that 8 hours to dispatch a team to start drying out our home. I haven't had a great track record in selecting quality contractors in the past, but so far, although stressful (given the flooding circumstances), this team has been outstanding.

Crew leader Ross promoted a positive work environment. He went above and beyond what I expected leaving me with a very positive attitude towards SERVPRO! Geovanie and Guilherme were awesome on the first day removing the insulation and should be commended on their hard work in a cold uncomfortable confined space. Ross and Andy did a commendable job reinstalling the new insulation and making sure all the surfaces were cleaned and treated. I will definitely recommend this company to address and remedy whatever issues you may encounter regarding emergencies, water damage, mold mitigation etc.
