We recently experienced a leak which led to major demolition. Servpro arrived early every day for a week and totally dried the premises and stripped ceilings, walls and flooring. Each and every Servpro employee was totally professional while keeping us informed every step of the way. Very friendly as well. Hopefully we will never have another leak, however, Servpro would definitely get the call. We would like to send a huge thank you to Carl Campbell as project manager and Vidal, Rey and Keith for their exceptional work. If you ever experience a leak, Servpro is your go to.

Today we discovered a leak [which had about 4 inches of water in our bunkhouse]. The ceiling was puckered in places and looked like it was going to fall down. Harine and Vidal came to our rescue! Not only were Harine and Vidal patient with all of our questions, they were spot on in getting the room looking clean. Can not say enough about these two. Absolutely wonderful….professional, great work and friendly.

The ladies that were cleaning our persoal belongings were amazing! They did amazing work and were so wonderful to talk with. Harrina and Pation made me feel very comfortable with the whole process and helped me through this stressful process. They met my dog and he loved them. He hung out with them when they were in the upstairs of our house. I can't thank them enough!

We had sewer backup this weekend, which was a real problem because my husband has a broken leg and is trapped on that floor because he can't do stairs. It was a mess! Jerome and Craig were super! They came, were very personable and extremely helpful. They did a great job. The power washer on their truck broke and instead of leaving us high and dry, they cleaned the bathroom by hand and did a great job. Also, were very thoughtful where they placed the equipment for drying, sanitizing, odor so my husband could get around. Great representatives of Servpro. I would use them again and recommend them.

Jerome came out and did a wonderful job with inspection and how to deal with our water and ice dam damage on our house. He was impressively professional and courteous. Thank you, Jerome!

Jerome and his team saved the day! Jerome was professional, timely, knowledgeable and personable. He took the time to note everything we were concerned about and made sure all was done properly. He checked in frequently about he and his teams coming and going which helped tremendously since we have three dogs that had to be accommodated. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

I was referred to servepro after our pipes froze and burst. Both Samantha, in the office, and James, who did the mitigation and demo, were absolutely wonderful! James was accessible and prompt. Communicated thoroughly with me through the entire project and he did a fabulous job. I would highly recommend them to anybody that needs their services
