Madison was founded in 1867. It was named after Madison County. Madison was designated county seat in 1875. As of the census of 2010, there were 2,438 people, 760 households, and 550 families residing in the city. Madison is located just west of the junction of U.S. Route 81 and Nebraska Highway 32. Madison Nebraska is about a 15-minute drive South of Norfolk Nebraska on the 4 lane Hwy known as U.S. Route 81. The largest single employer in Madison is the Tyson Fresh Meats pork-processing plant, with 1,200 full-time employees. Tyson Fresh Meats motto is what your family deserves. The company is one of the largest providers of protein products and is a world leader in producing and marketing beef, pork and chicken. The fresh meats division has more than 60 production sites in North America, Madison has 1 catholic elementary School and 1 Public Elementary School along with 1 Public High School. This climatic region is typified by large seasonal temperature differences with warm to hot and often humid summers and cold sometimes severely cold winters. The Madison County Fair was started in 1873 at the First Presbyterian Church. The fair was held in the downtown area until 1882. After tornadoes and a big fire hampered the events in the downtown area. The Madison County Fairgrounds have grown from 25 acres to 75 acres. Attendance at the Fair has grown from a crowd of 50 to 60 people in 1873 to over 60,000 in the 2000s.

I had ripped up carpet and removed it from my basement and upon inspection I noticed a couple of questionable spots along the baseboards. When I contacted SERVPRO at about 8 PM on a Saturday evening the lady connected me with my local SERVPRO business. The gentleman called me within a half hour and stated that he was currently on my side of town at another job and would be able to swing by quickly. I let him know that I had Carpet coming the next day and I needed to know if I had to treat these questionable spots before my install. He conducted a full inspection with his special cameras to identify moisture and looked at the questionable spots. He explained what he saw and that there was no need to treat. SERVPRO was thorough, professional, and courteous!
They were able to come out and help over a weekend and respond quickly.

SERVPRO cleaned and shampooed the carpet in my house last week. They were extremely professional and did an amazing job.
