Upham Cleanup and Restoration

I had 2-3 inches of water through out my basement, after receiving 8-9 inches of rain in a few hours. The crews that came, over a 3 day period, were friendly, polite, respectful of my belongings and professional. Gage was particularly nice and easy to work with. He informed me of the process at all times, and worked well with his crews. I was extremely impressed with how quickly they were able to get to me because our town had lots of people with basement issues. They had multiple crews working hard to help us. I would definitely use Servpro services again if needed, which I hope never happens!! But if it does I know who to call!!

I've dealt with Servpro (Minot) for several issues, and I have always had incredible service and response. On my lastest problem, everyone was incredible from the people in the office to the guy who came in to repair the ceiling in my garage. My hat is off to Mark Krueger. The ceiling repair is indistinguishable from the original sheetrock, right down to the texturing. Amazing work. I know where you are when I need you again. Thanks!

Serv Pro did a great job with cleanup and restoration after my basement took on water from a froze spigot. They helped get the basement back to better than it was before. Mike and Travis did a fantastic job with the restoration process. High quality and great service.
