General Cleaning and Janitorial Services

Wyatt and Curtis were amazing. My husband and I both have issues lifting, these guys were extremely helpful getting our items back in after the basement flooded. Very professional, ask questions when needed, and got the job done quickly! Thanks so much!

Gage and Delo were so kind and quick for my emergency flood on a Friday night.

Wyatt and Curtis came and cleaned my home today. They cleaned so many things that I never would have expected. Both men were very friendly and professional. They take great pride in their work. Tim was so kind and explained how things were going to happen. He answered my many calls with questions I had as things progressed. Mark was my project manager. He was a perfectionist in every aspect of his work. He noticed things that I did not notice that weren't up to his standards. He was prompt with answering my many texts and phone calls. He always had time to talk to me and did not hurry me through our conversations. He helped me with little extras. He had to explain things to my insurance company when they didn't understand the process. He was absolutely wonderful to work with. Servpro is very fortunate to have him.

Jaydon and Wyatt did a fantastic job

I had 2-3 inches of water through out my basement, after receiving 8-9 inches of rain in a few hours. The crews that came, over a 3 day period, were friendly, polite, respectful of my belongings and professional. Gage was particularly nice and easy to work with. He informed me of the process at all times, and worked well with his crews. I was extremely impressed with how quickly they were able to get to me because our town had lots of people with basement issues. They had multiple crews working hard to help us. I would definitely use Servpro services again if needed, which I hope never happens!! But if it does I know who to call!!

Gage and Troy were professional and efficient, very satisfied with their expertise and work ethic.

Jarrod and Wyatt were both very professional and were very informative.

I've dealt with Servpro (Minot) for several issues, and I have always had incredible service and response. On my lastest problem, everyone was incredible from the people in the office to the guy who came in to repair the ceiling in my garage. My hat is off to Mark Krueger. The ceiling repair is indistinguishable from the original sheetrock, right down to the texturing. Amazing work. I know where you are when I need you again. Thanks!
