I don’t know why the Not Sure is showing. I am sure of this Servpro Fire team. I had a kitchen grease fire which caused a lot of smoke damage. All my home contents had to be removed and everything had to be cleaned. Donna, who is the manager and her crew, Blanca, Angela, Ethan and Alex did an amazing job. They not only made me still feel safe and secure in a job being well done but they made me feel like I was family. They cared for my things as if they were their own. They also made sure that I was up-to-date and comfortable on everything they were doing and understood the process well. They are very professional, Very polite and friendly. They were diligently to get the job done and they do their job tremendously well. I am so thankful to them for taking this Burden Off of me. I am 74 and I cannot clean like I used to, plus my husband feeling break his hip. They were exactly what we needed. And they went above and beyond.

Donna Schultz and her crew were absolutely outstanding from beginning to the end of my project.
I was a little disappointed in the beginning of my service. The water crew came out, but did very little as far as cleaning and drying out the bathroom. They were supposed to be here at 9:30 showed up closer to 12 o’clock. They only stayed about an hour and a half to two hours. Tim came back the next day for measurements also about an hour visit, It looked as if nothing was getting done. But yesterday the fire manager Donna showed up and restore my confidence in your company’! Donna is very knowledgeable, compassionate and hard-working. She’s a very strong leader of her team and deserves recognition. Today was day two, and I’m very satisfied with the cleanliness and freshness of my home. Donna and her team put everything back in its proper place and just as your slogan says it was like they were never here! Hughes, thank you to her and her team!!! The water team today consisted of Tim and Alex. I must say they did much better today. A good amount Of wall was removed so that it could dry out . Overall, I’m satisfied with what was accomplished in the last two days. Just got off to a slow start.
Donna Schultz did a great job with cleaning our furniture and was extremely pleasant to work with.

Donna Schultz, Fire Manager, was super friendly and very knowledgeable. She explained everything to me about what they would be doing. Teresa worked with Donna and they did a wonderful job. The Water crew was Tim and Ethan. They were very friendly and nice. They did a great job. The room smelled so fresh. Thanks to all of you.
