I am in the middle of the process with Servpro. I had a blockage in the main sewer line. Water wouldn’t drain when I was in the shower. I got out to find my bathroom flooded and water coming out from under the toilet (weird). Gino, Brandon and Jack arrived and quickly got to work. They were very polite and friendly to me answering all my questions and they worked together so smoothly. Everything was explained to me as they went along. A containment zone was created to keep dust out of the rest of the house. It’s a process! These fans, air purifiers and dehumidifier’s are very loud! I would suggest this team to anyone!
I've had the pleasure of working with Dominic Donato from SERVPRO of Brunswick & South Columbus Counties twice now. He helped me solve a major, ongoing ventilation issue. He's not only very knowledgeable, but also warm and friendly and easy to work with. If you're looking for a restoration and cleanup company, I can't recommend him enough.
Had Feb snow and rain damage to four 2nd floor interior ceilings, as well as an exterior porch ceiling. Porch ceiling required total replacement. Damage to a 16 ' piece of crown moulding required special ordering as original crown was no longer available. Received great support from Trey Love, Dave Link and his staff and Kelly Lake.
The Servpro team: Dominick, John, Brandon and Gino was timely, professional and communicative throughout the mold remediation process. It was a great experience and they listened to my concerns, and responded accordingly. Highly recommend!

The mitigation crew, overseen by Domenic did a terrific job. From the early stages of the drying out process to the pack out and pack back, everything was done when promised. We appreciated how well Dominic kept the lines of communication open.
I want to share my thanks and appreciation and give a shout out to the SERVPRO Brunswick team for their fast response and friendly, professional service and support in dealing with a recent home water incident. Fortunately, it was relatively minor, and the fast response and follow up from the SERVPRO team was critical to limiting and mitigating the damage/loss. Thanks to Production Manager John for his initial response on the Saturday (of course!) that it all happened. John has great technical skills and also great people skills, especially in time of crisis! Thanks also to the mitigation team: Sam and Brandon, who worked quickly and skillfully to mitigate the damage and dry us out and both of whom were a pleasure to interact with. Thanks to Haleigh for doing the final check, collecting the gear, and getting us back to "normal".
