Richland, Mississippi, is a city in Rankin county, occupying a total of 12.59 square miles. Founded in 1828, and incorporated on October 31, 1974, Richland has spent the last 48 years growing into the perfect blend of industrial and residential areas. Geographically located four miles south of Jackson, Richland has Highway 49 running through it, a highly traveled roadway in the state leading straight to the Gulf Coast. We had the first floor of our home flood due to a overflowing toilet. After contacting our insurance company SERVPRO of Brandon was at our house within 1.5 hours. The timing was excellent considering we live about a hour from them. Richard & Patrick arrived the first day. They were incredibly professional & hard working. Within two hours they had the flooring out and fans put out to dry the concrete. They answered all questions we had and addressed any concerns. Davie has been coming out to check the fans he too is very professional and thorough. The service we have received has been exceptional. Although we never want anything like this to happen again we would definitely use them if needed.
I would highly recommend Vinny and his staff at SERVPRO of Brandon. They were prompt to address the issue I had, and very thorough and professional as they corrected the issue. If I ever have another issue in the future, SERVPRO will be the one I will call.
