Picayune, Mississippi is the largest city in Pearl River County. It is rich in history, culture, nature, and so much more. As of July 202, the town’s population is 11,784. The story goes, Picayune's name traces back to a Spanish coin. The coin inspired the name of a popular newspaper, New Orleans Daily Picayune which then inspired the name of the town. The newspaper is still in print today with a modified name, the Times Picayune.

A water supply line failed at my home. The exercise /reading room flooded. The carpeting was destroyed and the sheetrock was damaged. SERVPRO of Bay St. Louis/Diamondhead came quickly and removed the water and damaged material. Then, they treated for mold. They were professional and pleasant. They kept us informed during the process. Best experience possible!
