We give Donnie and Kaleb ALL THE STARS IN THE SKY for a review if it were possible. No one wants to go with residual smoke damage/smoke remediation, but, now on the other side of the work, we can’t imagine going through the various ServPro processes with anyone other than these two. They have made it as peaceful and calm as possible for us two oldens. Ell, too, is another ServPro hero who doesn’t wear a cape. We well up with tears thinking about how, in the days immediately after the fire, she explained the various processes they would be employing to help make us whole.
