Whiteman AFB Cleanup and Restoration

Sony and Tylor’s teams did an outstanding job removing water from a recent rain storm. They worked very hard, were polite and informed us of the process and expectations often, provided a clean workspace, were organized and efficient, and instilled confidence that our end result would be positive.

Brian Cartee called me and explained in detail the plan to clean up and sanitize. He checked on the crews and did a final inspection. He was thorough, supportive and showed empathy for my loss. The experience was less stressful knowing he took care of business.

Tylor was a pleasure to work with and was great at communicating with us and finding out answers if he didn’t know. He was very personable and was very respectful of us as the homeowners. He was great at giving us a heads up of when he would be arriving or leaving and who was going to be with him or coming at a later time. He made us feel very comfortable and taken care of.

Big Shout out to Travis! He has been the guy who has done a few different Carpet Cleans for me over the past couple months. I have absolutely no complaints, he is very thorough and follows up with me each time to make sure im satisfied with the results. He has been very respectful & professional which you don't see very often anymore!
