We are very happy with the cleanup of our car’s interior after a garage fire. We had a car window open and soot settled in the car. They removed the soot and the smoke smell and were courteous and professional. Jeremy did an outstanding job.

We had an absolutely stellar and excellent experience with Dylan Sanders, Project Mgr, at ServPro of the Lake of the Ozarks. Dylan handled our water mitigation issues as a result of a tree crashing through our roof & ceiling during a tornado/huge storm. His professionalism, experience, and knowledge was top notch. Dylan was so respectful and responsive to our needs and an excellent communicator. We never had to “wonder” where he was or where we were in the process of getting the water damage mitigated. We cannot say enough positive things about Dylan and ServPro of the Lake of the Ozarks. Dylan & ServPro made what would normally be a horrendous experience and turned it into a very calm situation, putting our worries at ease. Servpro is one of those companies you hope you never have to call, but when you do, you are incredibly thankful they're there. After a tree went through my mom's house, they responded with both compassion and urgency from the very first phone call. They got to work immediately, which gave us some much-needed peace of mind during a stressful time. Our technician, Dylan, was absolutely amazing. He kept me informed every step of the way, took the time to answer all of my questions, and genuinely listened to our concerns. He made an overwhelming situation so much easier to navigate. What really stood out was that Dylan went above and beyond by connecting me with Servpro's project manager to help coordinate the additional services we needed. That extra effort made a huge difference. I would absolutely recommend Dylan and the Servpro team to anyone who finds themselves in the unfortunate position of needing restoration services. When you're dealing with a disaster, the last thing you need is more stress—you need knowledgeable, compassionate people who will guide you through the process. Dylan did exactly that, and I'm truly grateful for everything he did.
