I’m absolutely amazed by Tim, Daniel, Kim, and Judy. My gigantic problem was treated as a top priority job as if it was their own home. From the first frantic call I made about water-soaked carpets, soiled drywall, and the unknown cause, SERVPRO’s team prepared an assessment, mitigation, and clean-up plan. Not only did they communicate with me throughout the entire process, but also continued to give me feedback, answer lingering questions, and made me feel comfortable with my unavailability to be on site.
