Concordia Cleanup and Restoration

Brian Cartee called me and explained in detail the plan to clean up and sanitize. He checked on the crews and did a final inspection. He was thorough, supportive and showed empathy for my loss. The experience was less stressful knowing he took care of business.

Tylor was a pleasure to work with and was great at communicating with us and finding out answers if he didn’t know. He was very personable and was very respectful of us as the homeowners. He was great at giving us a heads up of when he would be arriving or leaving and who was going to be with him or coming at a later time. He made us feel very comfortable and taken care of.

Big Shout out to Travis! He has been the guy who has done a few different Carpet Cleans for me over the past couple months. I have absolutely no complaints, he is very thorough and follows up with me each time to make sure im satisfied with the results. He has been very respectful & professional which you don't see very often anymore!

We had flooding in our basement, Servpro was great to work with. We had a major water disaster at our house. Glad I turned to Servpro for the water mitigation. Travis, Brian, demichael, and others did a great job. Always showed up when they said they would, got us dried out and ready for reconstruction. Highly recommended

Had to have both, the mold remediation crew with Tylor, and Justin's construction crew with Rye, come to our house to fix our mold problem and replace the ceiling and fans. Both teams were wonderful and very kind. They both did great work and did a wonderful job cleaning up afterwards. And Rye went above and beyond to get the paint cans out of the basement, help me get my car moved, and get materials and things lined out when I couldn't be of assistance because I was recovering from a major surgery. What highly recommend!
