They were very good.

Had a water leak while out of town and the team responded quickly to mitigate the damage. The whole thing was over and resolved faster than anticipated. Great job and would recommend if you ever are in need for a rapid response to a big leak!

From the very start of the cleanup/remediation process, Gustavo was always in contact with us, going over every step in great detail. If I had questions he answered them immediately. To the crew that came out to the house to handle the work, Henry and Stephen, you did an amazing job and we couldn’t be happier with the process overall. We could not be more pleased with the service we received from Gustavo and all of the staff. We had a small fire but a full house of damage due to smoke soot. They were helpful, used care in trying to save our crown molding and lattice molding and were strong advocates on our behalf with the adjuster. Their communication with us was responsive and frequent. Their crew members were timely, there when they said they’d be, kind and responsive. Without question if the need occurs, we’ll be calling ServPro Northeast! Excellent customer service and thorough commitment to do what’s right by the customer!

From my first frantic phone call made with water dripping down my walls and from my light fixtures, to the final "we're pulling out the equipment" call, everything went so smoothly. Gustavo and Derek got me started, and others including Citos, Stephen, and Jose did a huge amount of really hard work. My condo was wrecked from a broken pipe, but they all talked me through it and were clear liaisons with insurance (SafeCo, now Liberty Mutual). Communication was clear, direct, and compassionate.
