We could not be more pleased with the service we received from Gustavo and all of the staff. We had a small fire but a full house of damage due to smoke soot. They were helpful, used care in trying to save our crown molding and lattice molding and were strong advocates on our behalf with the adjuster. Their communication with us was responsive and frequent. Their crew members were timely, there when they said they’d be, kind and responsive. From my first frantic phone call made with water dripping down my walls and from my light fixtures, to the final "we're pulling out the equipment" call, everything went so smoothly. Gustavo and Derek got me started, and others including Citos, Stephen, and Jose did a huge amount of really hard work. My condo was wrecked from a broken pipe, but they all talked me through it and were clear liaisons with insurance (SafeCo, now Liberty Mutual). Communication was clear, direct, and compassionate.
