We used ServPro to clean up shattered glass from our deck and the rocks beneath the deck. A tree limb had fallen and destroyed our glass top table and glass top bar set. We have 2 dogs that live here so it was imperative that the clean up get done thoroughly. Servpro was very responsive and the crew they sent out to do the cleanup was top notch! They did a very complete and thorough job of removing the shattered glass even from the rock area beneath the deck. The manager who came out and dispatched the crew was very specific about billing our insurance company directly. Since that time, we have been receiving text messages and emails threatening to turn us over to collections. I have called the billing office multiple times and the phone is not answered and they have not returned any calls. They just keep sending messages regarding our “lack of payment”. Bottom line: the services were responsive and the cleanup was very thorough. The office staff, however, has been quite the opposite. Impossible to get through and speak with a human being and not responsive to returning any calls. 5 ** for the work done 1* for the billing department/office staff
Luis and Emmanuel were efficient, hard working and polite. I was at the end of an extremely busy weekend for them and I appreciated their willingness to continue to work hard for my home.

He was working at my sisters house during this week and she could not express enough how please their family was with the work they did in the house! She said once they showed up it’s like all the stress went away, they were removing ceilings, floors, drilling holes and the whole time Alex and Luke make sure my sister was nothing but satisfied!
