"I couldn't have been more pleased with the time and attention taken with our pipe break in our basement. Called and within an hour SERVPRO was out and pumped out the water, set up numerous fans and dehumidifiers. That started at 10 pm on a Saturday night and they stayed until 3 am Sunday morning to make sure everything was set up and running and that I was alright. Their calculations for the number of fans, astounded me, however after 6 days, my wooden knotty pine paneling was completely dry and we did not have to tear out any walls. There is no smell either. Disinfectant was sprayed on walls and tile flooring. The attention paid to the length of time needed and the daily checking of my walls, and the fans and dehumidifiers, was excellent. Very professional and all of the people who came were so personable. To my surprise they had put all wet things together, and things they thought were dry, in another couple of locations - making it easier to go through. They spent hours with me, going through every single box and plastic tote with me, to make sure everything I had stored was alright. There was daily communication. They just really paid attention to every detail and I would most certainly highly recommend them."

SERVPRO of North Calhoun came out for an emergency service on Monday, December 9th and everyday afterwards until Friday December 13 to take care of a water line breaking in the basement (it was a mess). Brad and his associate did a wonderful job. They were both very friendly and professional. They explained the process they were going to do and answered every question I threw at them. They finished the work, truly made it look like a water line never broke. Brad took great care and pride in his job and cleaned up afterwards.
