The crew from Servpro did a great job at restoring/reconstructing a few rooms in my home after a flood. The work turned out amazing and the communication throughout the whole process with Logan Z was great.

Servpro did a great job! Logan Zebarah Reconstruction manager was a pleasure to work with. Coming right out to Adrian to give a repair estimate to my insurance company. For repairs of water damage/ roof damage from the storm. Professional/friendly and even answered his phone after hours. Dave from Servpro was great also. Came right out with fans and dehumidifiers to dry out interior. Came back everyday to test for moisture.This company was great along with all their people. I highly recommend them! Thanks Craig

I really can't say enough good things about the team here. We had a water pipe burst in our basement. I called after hours and Lacey the PM called me back within 5 minutes. I asked if they could come out the next morning. They said they would be there at 8:30AM and at 8:29AM they pulled into the driveway. 4 hours later the damage was cleaned up. They were on time to the minute in their scheduling and their communication was excellent every step of the way. When you call, a person actually answers the phone which is unheard of nowadays.

We called Servpro for an issue with our home that required a specialized company but we hired Servpro to manage the project. Heath, our project manager, was amazing! Heath is the guy to lead your projects! He was very friendly yet professional. His communication skills are excellent. He was on top of every detail and responded promptly to all of my questions and to every issue that came up. It was a pleasure working with Heath and Servpro! I highly recommend them.

Excellent service and communication. Came home from work one night to a flooded house. I called my insurance company who immediately contacted Serv Pro and although it was later in the evening, Lacey with Serv Pro called me within minutes. She and a crew were out to my house first thing the next morning. They worked diligently, patiently answered my questions, and did a fantastic and thorough job. Some aspects of the clean up were pretty disgusting, but they were friendly and cheerful every step of the way. Lacey, Steven and Derek were wonderful and I credit them with turning around one of the biggest disasters of my life.

Heath, our reconstruction manager was amazing. He was available for calls or texting (even though I was not physically able to be in Battlecreek). He shared photos, asked me great questions, checked on the quality with me. Overall, just an amazing guy. His leadership skills came to bear on our project and I am over the moon to have been able to work with him.
