I generally don't write reviews, but I was really impressed by the honesty and recommendations that Frank gave me today regarding my basement. A well-known company had previously told me that I needed to do this and that to restore my basement because of the water damage and sewer back-up. As expected, there was a reasonably large price tag associated with their restoration project. However, Frank, who has significant restoration experience, did a thorough review of the basement and told me that I had done a good job in the basement and didn't really need SERVPRO's help, as there were only a few minor things to do. It's rare to find such honesty. Thanks again Frank.

A remediation company is one you only need to call when it’s urgent - and when you’re in distress. I had a basement flood and really appreciated the speed at which they were able to come to my home, the accurate assessment of what to do next and the empathy from our project lead, Kyle.
